There is news of one person dying due to consumption of alcohol in a village in Dighra area of Sadar police station area of Muzaffarpur late in the evening. Other people were also involved in this, who are residents of different places. Regarding this incident, it is said that many workers working in an aluminium scrap shop were gathered and all of them drank alcohol here late in the evening, after which the health of many people started deteriorating, after which other people came to know about this matter.
One of the deceased has been identified as Anil Kumar Sharma, 38 years old. He is said to be a resident of Bhikhanpura village. Preparations are being made to cremate his body in a hurry. Locals present at the spot say that due to fear of the police, the family members have taken the body of the deceased to an unknown place so that it does not become a police case. After getting information about this matter, the police reached the spot and are investigating the matter. However, the police of Sadar police station say that it is coming to the fore due to mutual dispute, in which one person died.
Here, Sunaina Devi, a resident of Bhikhanpura village, said that Rakesh Kumar used to work as an electric wire cutter in Dighra. When he came home late in the evening, his condition was serious. It was found that he was sitting with many people and all of them had consumed poisonous liquor.
